How much hing should I use?

Our hing is strong, so just a small pinch is enough for a whole dish. Add it to hot ghee or oil for a few seconds before adding jeera, dal or vegetables.

How should I store hing and masalas?

Keep the lid tightly closed and store the jar in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight.
